The MOQ is set at the model level — eight pairs of any single configuration. A configuration is one model in one leather, one colour, one sole, and one lining choice. Across those eight pairs you can split the size run however the buying needs.
Order multiple models, multiple colours, multiple finishes — each configuration triggers its own production run, each starts at eight pairs. There is no minimum number of models per order, and no minimum order value.
Most volume contracts in this category start at 100–300 pairs per design. Eight is deliberate. It exists so a single boutique buying for one season can stock the platform without taking on inventory risk built for a chain.

The configurator validates this in real time. Any split adding to ≥ 8 pairs is accepted.

Net trade prices appear inside the platform once your account is approved. Prices are net of VAT and net of duty, in EUR. Suggested retail markup is shown alongside for reference only.

Per-pair pricing scales with order size. The configurator updates the per-pair figure live as you increase quantity beyond the eight-pair MOQ. No manual quote required for standard catalogue.

Custom leather choices, additional component upgrades (cordovan, exotic linings, hand-burnishing) carry a transparent surcharge shown in the configurator before checkout. No invoice surprises.
At order placement

Confirms the order, locks production capacity, and triggers material allocation. Paid by SEPA bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Production starts as soon as cleared funds are confirmed.
Before dispatch

Balance
Invoiced once production is complete and the order has passed quality control. Goods are not handed to the carrier until cleared funds are received. Tracking is shared the same day dispatch happens.
Card payment is available on request for orders under €5,000. Net 30 terms can be discussed for accounts with twelve months of trading history at Vikotti — apply via the trade contact below.
