Vikotti was built to remove the friction between international buyers and the workshops that produce premium leather footwear across Europe.
For too long, B2B leather footwear sourcing has meant layers of agents, opaque pricing, and generic size runs. We built Vikotti to give verified wholesale buyers direct factory access, live configurability, and order transparency — from first pair to final shipment.
The story
Our founders grew up around Europe's deep-rooted leather-making heritage, watching small ateliers ship beautifully made shoes through three layers of agents before a single pair landed on a buyer's shelf. Quality was real. Margins, lead times, and design freedom were not.
Vikotti launched in 2024 as the platform we wished existed: a place where a verified buyer in Berlin, Dubai, New York or Tokyo could pick a last, an upper leather, a sole, a lining, and a size run on a Tuesday afternoon — and get a factory-confirmed proforma the same day, with the run on the floor inside two weeks.
We do not own the factories. We curate the partnerships, hold quality standards, run the order rails, and step in only where buyers need us to — sampling, compliance, freight, dispute. Everything else is direct.
How an order works
Every step happens inside the platform. No phone tag, no spreadsheets between you and the factory.

Submit a wholesale application with VAT or company-registry details. We review every account manually within 24 hours so the catalog stays B2B-only.

Browse live production lines. Pick leather, sole, lining and the exact size run you want — per order, no template SKUs.

Submit your order; we issue a proforma invoice. A 30% deposit confirms the run and locks factory capacity.

Track progress through cutting, lasting, finishing and QC. You get an estimated ready date the moment your factory is assigned.

70% balance settles before dispatch. We coordinate freight worldwide — ex-works or DAP — and you receive the final invoice on shipment.
Materials & craft
Every leather offered through Vikotti comes from LWG-rated tanneries — the global standard for environmental performance in the leather supply chain. We index uppers by tannage method, finish, and grain so a buyer can pick exactly the hand they want, not just “brown calf”.
Soles are sourced through factory-vetted European partners — Italy chief among them: leather, EVA, TR rubber, Vibram-spec compounds, and stitched constructions. We do not list outsoles we have not pulled apart in person.
Linings, threads, eyelets, and packaging are all configurable. Any spec a factory can build, the platform can quote.

Every price shown is ex-works. Deposit terms are fixed at 30%. No surprise fees at shipment.
Every leather, sole, lining, and size run is fully configurable per order. Your market, your product.
Minimums apply per model, not per SKU. Mix sizes freely within the run, and combine models without overcommitting on one.
