Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Made-to-Order Items: Custom-built or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Due to our wholesale model, we do not offer a standard 14-day return policy for ready-to-ship items. All sales are final.

Quality Issues: If you receive products with visible defects or production issues, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items, based on your preference and convenience.

How to Report Quality Issues:

Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you require different items, please return the defective products and place a new order.
